n System composition
The NDS system consists of a vertical reactor, a dust collector, an absorbent preparation system, a material conveying system, a desulfurization ash conveying and storage system, an electrical control system, and an on-line monitoring system.
n Process flow diagram
n Technological process
The flue gas enters the vertical reactor, is mixed with the desulfurizing agent from the absorbent mixing humidification device, and is circulated and fluidized in the vertical reactor, and the desulfurizing agent is in full contact with the acid component in the flue gas to remove the SO2. Then enter the dust collector (electric precipitator or bag filter) to remove soot and ash from the flue gas. The purified flue gas enters the chimney through the fan and is discharged into the atmosphere.
The desulfurized ash deposited on the bottom of the vertical reactor enters the ash silo directly. The desulfurization ash trapped by the dust collector enters the absorbent mixing humidification device through the return circulation device, and is mixed with the newly added absorbent to be humidified and then enters the vertical reactor, and can also directly enter the ash silo.
n Key Features
1) CaO digestion and ash cycle humidification integrated design, compact structure.
2) The structure of the vertical reactor is unique, simple and compact, with small footprint, easy installation and maintenance, low wear and tear, long service life and low maintenance.
3) Desulfurization efficiency is up to 90%. High utilization rate of desulfurizer; No sewage is produced, and desulfurization by-products are easy to be treated.
4) The reactor and its downstream equipment will not be stuck, clogged, and protected from corrosion.
